Design flexibility is the added value of a technical team that is able to fulfill any customers’ needs and to design multi-purpose machines wich can simultaneously grind and polish in a combined working cell. An ad hoc designed robot interacts with a semi-automatic loading and unloading system and combines grinding and polishing units optimized for constant manufacturing standards. Machines treating objects in different shapes, sizes and materials are implemented: starting from the entire range of fittings and taps valves, turbine blades, artificial kneecaps for the medical industry, engine components, up to luxury items for jewelery.
